Of course the kids wanted to hit the rides as soon as possible. MK is a very kid friendly park so there were plenty of rides for the big kids and little ones.
We also took time to enjoy some of the 3D shows they had to offer. This may be my favorite picture of the whole trip. So cute!!
One of the favorite rides of the trip was Buzz Lightyear. The laser guns and spinning seats made it a real hit! Everyone had a blast trying to hunt down Zurg and shooting the "z" targets. A competition even broke out to see who could get the highest score. Ryder loved the ride, he just hated standing in line which wasn't bad since we used the fastpass, but that didn't matter to him. Once he was out of the stroller he wanted to run. You can see that even Buzz Lightyear couldn't cheer him up.
That afternoon the boys got to enjoy a true Pirate adventure. Once choosing which pirate they wanted to look like they headed into Captain Jacks private room and were transformed into pirates. They were given pirate names, bandanas, eyepatches, pirate teeth, ear rings, sashes, swords, guns, and a pirate oath.

Finally, we ended the night at Luau at the Polynesian resort. The food was yummy and the show was lots of fun!
It was one long exhausting day but we could leave without stopping to talk to Santa.
